Weet-Bix Slice

Ingredients:

sifted 3 crushed Weetbix, 53g

1/4 lb butter, 125g

1C sugar

1C Flour

1 tsp Cocoa

1C Coconut

1 tsp baking powder

1 egg

1 tsp golden syrup

pinch salt

Vanilla essence

1C mixed fruit (sultanas)

Method:

Melt butter & golden syrup, add to dry ingredients. Mix in beaten eggs. Press into Swiss roll tin and bake 30 mins at 325-350°C. Ice while for
