Peanut Blossoms

Ingredients:

  • 125g butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • chocolate chunks
Peanut blossom biscuit

Method:

1. Cream butter and peanut butter. Gradually add sugars and beat well. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Stir in flour and soda.

2. Roll into balls and roll balls in white sugar to coat. Place on a tray and bake at 180°C.

3. Place a chunk of chocolate on each biscuit half way through cooking
