Gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp Golden syrup #1
  • 1/2C, 75g, cast sugar #1
  • 1/4 tsp cloves #1
  • 1 tsp cinnamon/all spice #1
  • 1 tsp mixed spice #1
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger #1
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence #1
  • 1 tsp water #2
  • 75g 100g  butter #2
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda #2
  • 225g 1 1/2C  flour or less 200g #3
Gingerbread

Method:

1. Melt all #1 + butter, add, and enough to make firm dough. Set aside to cool

2. Bake 12 mins. 180°C?

8 mins @ 160°C

200°C 10 mins

215°C 8 mins

Makes 8 med people, 4 big guys, 35 hearts – 1 packed tray
